Key Responsibilities:

As a Concierge Video Solutions Expert, you will join our onsite Support Team in providing first-level contact and technical problem resolution for end-users of video conferencing equipment.

Working in a professional, multi-skilled, and dynamic environment, you will work autonomously, under pressure, and can deal confidently with all levels of management.

Event Management and Incident Triage:

  • Initial triage and solve incidents as well as the implementation of service requests and approved changes.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve queries and/or raise the queries to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong customer relationships by showing ownership and accountability.
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of open requests.
  • Recording and providing clear documentation to improve first call resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A proven experience in a Service Desk environment or similar role.

Able to demonstrate exposure to an ITIL environment (ITIL certifications desirable).

Logical thinking with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and attention to detail.

A demonstrated ability to express IT proficiency and skill.

High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to confidently deal with all stakeholders' levels.

Take ownership of problems and follow through to resolution.

The ability and willingness to learn and understand new technology.

Confidently work with other team members and resources as required.
