Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Support Specialist to maintain our audio-visual environment and provide critical solutions in operational and corporate facilities.

This role involves maintaining high-level system stability, providing first-line support, and delivering technical assistance to audio-visual systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in audio visual system management, including practical experience with technologies such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, IPTV systems, integration of audio-visual, unified communication, and video conferencing equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for incident response, ongoing BAU support, and project delivery experience in developing, specifying, and delivering audio-visual capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support and technical assistance to the audio-visual systems
  • Considered planning & advice, service improvement implementation, incident response, and ongoing BAU support
  • Excellent customer service skills to work with internal customers and external vendors
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Negative Vetting 1 security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Industry Certification in audio-visual systems or demonstrated experience
  • Knowledge and technical skills in audio visual system management, including practical experience in some/many of the following technologies: Crestron, AMX, Extron, IPTV systems, integration of audio-visual, unified communication, and video conferencing equipment
  • Sound fault finding methodology and understanding of basic networking
  • Project delivery experience and skills in developing, specifying, and delivering audio-visual capabilities
