Video Conferencing Specialist

Contract Job Opportunity - 12 Month Initial Term with Option for Extension

  • This role involves providing technical support for video conferencing and audio visual systems, including level 2 technical support using IT service management tools, processes, and governance structures.

We are seeking an experienced Video Conferencing Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to end users, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco video conferencing and audiovisual equipment, as well as set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety of AV equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide video conferencing concierge services to department end users.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco video conferencing and audiovisual equipment.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety of AV equipment and systems, including microphones, speakers, video monitors, projectors, and related technology.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco video conferencing and audiovisual equipment.
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework and knowledge of ITIL practices relevant to IT service management and operations, particularly in service request fulfillment, incident, and problem management.
  • Experience in audiovisual systems and proven capability in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a variety of AV equipment and systems, including microphones, speakers, video monitors, projectors, and related technology.
  • Certifications specific to Cisco systems, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Video Network Specialist. ITIL Foundation Certification or higher.
  • Previous experience working within government or other regulated industries, with an understanding of the specific operational and compliance challenges.
  • Australian citizenship and NV2 clearance.
