About the Opportunity

Our client, a central Commonwealth Department, requires skilled AV Technicians (SFIA 3-4) to provide technical support and video conferencing services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing level 2 technical support using ITSM tools and processes.

• Offering video conferencing concierge services to end users.

Key Requirements

  • ">
  • Technical proficiency with Cisco Products, including configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting video conferencing and audiovisual equipment.
  • Understanding of ITIL Framework and related practices in service request fulfillment, incident, and problem management.
  • Experience in Audio Visual Systems, including setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment and systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication abilities to assist and resolve government customer queries and issues.
  • Problem-solving abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues in high-pressure environments.
  • Competency in documenting processes and incidents accurately according to organizational standards.
  • Security clearance of NV2 or higher.
