Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Colour Marketing Lead to join our team.

This role will involve developing and executing colour marketing strategies across various customer segments.

You will work closely with media, PR agencies, architects, and designers to bring our premium colour brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute colour marketing strategies across trade and consumer audiences.
  • Drive brand storytelling through PR opportunities, media engagement, and editorial positioning.
  • Support university and tertiary engagement to build long-term advocacy for our colour tools.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver cohesive colour initiatives.
  • Present to external audiences including media, industry professionals, and design communities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally with an interest or background in interiors or design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and flair for producing inspirational content aligned with our brand identity.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is essential; additional qualifications in Interior Design or Styling are a plus.
