Job Overview

The Vulnerability Management Expert plays a critical role in overseeing the vulnerability management lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution across diverse infrastructure platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor and coordinate vulnerability intake through remediation processes to ensure timely resolution.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response for workflow management, SLA tracking, and reporting purposes to optimize business outcomes.
  • Design and maintain actionable dashboards that provide transparent insights into progress, backlog, and risk posture to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate data from CrowdStrike, Qualys, and ServiceNow to identify trends, prioritize remediation efforts, and escalate critical issues to mitigate potential risks.
  • Foster collaborative governance sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on progress and priorities, driving collective success.
  • Resolve remediation blockers by effectively collaborating with technical teams and business units to minimize disruptions.
