Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end vulnerability management process across our supported infrastructure.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that blends security, service management, governance, and communication — ideal for someone who's as comfortable building dashboards as they are facilitating governance meetings with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the full vulnerability management process from intake through remediation, tracking, deferrals, and closure.
  • Leveraging ServiceNow Vulnerability Response to manage workflows, SLA tracking, and reporting.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports (ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel) for clear visibility into progress, backlog, and risk posture.
  • Data analysis from CrowdStrike, Qualys, and ServiceNow to identify trends, prioritise remediation, and escalate issues.
  • Facilitating governance sessions to ensure stakeholders are aligned on progress and priorities.
  • Tracking and resolving remediation blockers, collaborating with technical teams and business units.
  • Documentation and management of vulnerability-related risks, issues, and deferrals, ensuring appropriate risk acceptance and governance processes are followed.
  • Point of contact for vulnerability updates, audit requests, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Vulnerability Response module.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL), patching cycles, and risk management practices.
  • Effective facilitation of governance forums, remediation meetings, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging both technical teams and business leaders.
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive approach, with a passion for service quality, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
