Nurse Coordinator Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership in the Health Centre

  • Support operational capability by preparing members for global employability/deployment and exercises

  • Coordinate and participate in vaccination parades, sick parade, triage of members within a Primary Health Care Team model, staff development, performance appraisals

  • Oversight of department rosters and coordination of staff allocation

About You:

  • An experienced leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A proven track record of building relationships with people of all backgrounds

  • Adept at problem-solving and adapting to changing healthcare environments

We are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is an Australian Citizen

  • Has at least 5 years' experience as a Div 1 RN

  • Has full AHPRA registration
