Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our NSW Revesby site. As a key member of our Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum operational efficiency and meeting customer requirements for finished products at premium standards.

This critical role requires strong leadership and expertise, with a focus on production, scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, and inventory functions. You will provide clear vision and direction to your team, empowering them to achieve results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure excellent results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost savings initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in operations management, supply chain leadership, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of industrial relations, EA negotiations, and safety protocols.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost savings initiatives.
