We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in Revesby. As a member of our B&D Garage Doors business, you will have the ownership and support you need to succeed.


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing their teams' understanding of their role, ensuring they have the training, equipment, and priorities to complete their tasks effectively. They will also be responsible for accurate stock control processes across the warehouse and coach, develop, and train the team in new process improvements.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Leading and managing warehouse teams
  • Achieving accurate stock control and management
  • Coaching and developing team members in process improvements
  • Analysing warehouse flow and task allocation to determine areas for improvement
  • Driving continuous improvement across the site's CI program
  • Leading by example with respect to compliance with safety protocols, policies, and procedures

What You Will Need


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Prior warehouse leadership experience
  • SAP and APO (MRP/ERP) experience essential
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Data analysis skills and ability to document operating procedures
