Reece Group is a leading international company with exceptional values and customer focus, supplying plumbing and bathroom products to professionals. As part of their network, we are looking for Year 10 students to undertake School–based Traineeships in Plumbing Bankstown.

This traineeship involves working at the branch while completing a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. You will be responsible for embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures, delivering excellent customer service, and processing sales, stock management, and phone calls. Additionally, you will participate in on-the-job training, complete workbooks, and assessments to achieve your certification.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow instructions, demonstrate enthusiasm, and have a great attitude. Teamwork, willingness to learn new tasks, and maintaining a tidy workplace are also essential qualities. Students will work approximately one and a half days per week, with potential additional hours during school holidays to aid progress.
