Customer Experience Role

We are seeking an individual to provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the home building journey, from sales acceptance through to handover of keys.

This key role will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high level of service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by establishing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective networks with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in line with company policy and procedure.
