Ours is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, providing top-notch before and after school care and holiday programs for local families.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and execute engaging programs for children, fostering strong relationships with parents and staff.
- Mentor a team of educators, helping them develop their skills and confidence in the industry.
- Effectively manage service operations, including rostering, compliance documents, and administrative tasks.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives, possesses excellent communication skills, and can build meaningful relationships. Previous experience in childcare or OSHC is advantageous but not essential.
