**After School Care Coordinator Role**
The position of After School Care Coordinator is available at St. Francis Xavier's Catholic Primary School in Box Hill.
About the Role:
This role requires an individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the health and safety of children.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and deliver daily activities for children that are engaging, fun, and stimulating.
- Supervise and support children during after-school care hours (2:45 PM - 6:00 PM) and holidays up to 6 hours per day.
- Maintain a safe and happy environment for children.
- Built meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the school community.
Requirements:
- Certificate 4, Diploma or Bachelor's in children's services or equivalent recognized for children's services.
- A current Employee Working with Children's Checks.
- HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
- Child Protection (CHCPRT001 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk).
