- Evaluate training needs through performance data and stakeholder feedback; develop relevant learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create core curricula and support programs promoting key competencies.
- Lead program evaluation and enhancement, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide technical support for learning platforms and communication strategies.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments and happenings.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs, ideally within a customer-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, instructional design, and training delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt programs quickly in response to changing work environments.
- Strong organizational skills with multiple project management capabilities.
