Clinical Integration Specialist

About the Role
\The Clinical Integration Specialist will provide expert knowledge, support and advice to the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) team and key stakeholders while working in a multi-skilled, multidisciplinary support team, with a focus on device integration.
\This includes the integration of a range of Biomedical devices, including patient monitors, vital sign measurements, ECG, and Anaesthetic machines. The specialist will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to understand and interpret Eastern Health workflows.
\In addition to routine duties, the analyst will play a pivotal role in project initiatives, particularly in rolling out EMR to paper-based areas, ensuring smooth integration and effective adoption by transitioning departments.
\About You
\- \
- At least 3 years' experience in design, build configuration, and troubleshooting EMR or equivalent clinical applications.\
- Experience with clinical workflows in medium to large hospital settings.\
- Advanced communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.\
- Proven ability to influence and manage change.\
- Personal maturity and experience in dealing effectively with competing priorities.\
- Strong customer focus and analytical skills: Ability to work effectively with end-users, technical staff, and management in complex settings.\
- A commitment to quality and excellence.\
- Ability to work both independently and in a complex team environment; collaborate with external and internal professionals and other customers.\
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency: Skills in prioritisation, problem-solving, organisation, decision-making, time management, and planning.\
- Ability to use initiative, identify, solve problems, and when required escalate issues with relevant internal and external parties.\
- Ability to forward plan, establish, and complete targets.\
- Advanced knowledge in use of MS Excel.\

Salary Information
\We offer an attractive salary package, estimated at $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging options. This is a competitive salary for this position, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting our Electronic Medical Record system.
