Lead and Inspire: Early Childhood Centre Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our early childhood centre, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in education and care.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and National Regulations, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and empower educators to deliver high-quality services and programs.

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, while contributing to the growth and development of our centre.

About You:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Experience in a leadership role, including 2iCs/Assistant Directors looking to take the next step in their career
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and team members
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
