About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the unique interests and strengths of each child. They will also support the centre in meeting and exceeding National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Design and Implementation: Develop and deliver engaging educational programs that promote child-led enquiries and connections with the local primary school.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve outstanding results in child development.
- Credentials: Possess an Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Registration and Certification: Hold relevant teachers' registration (if applicable) and a current Working with Children's Check.
- Professional Development: Commit to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
