Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective operation of the centre, enabling educators to deliver high-quality early childhood services.

  • Inspire your team to develop rich programs that promote learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with educators to design and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of diverse children.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and kindness within the centre.
  • Develop strong relationships with families and the local community.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Leadership experience, including experience in senior roles.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and National Regulations.
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
