Job Title: Occupational Therapist Community-Based

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Adelaide. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work in the community.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client-centered assessments and deliver interventions at home and in the community
  • Support daily living skills, independence, and prescribe assistive equipment or home modifications
  • Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals
  • Complete clear, timely documentation for clinical progress and funding requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • At least 1 year of experience (new grads with strong placements welcome)
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Current Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
