Job Title: Retail Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our retail sales team at the store level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and profitability targets
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Establish and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) targets to the team during regular briefings
  • Maintain store presentation at all times to ensure it meets high standards
  • Operate efficiently under pressure and demonstrate flexibility in work arrangements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar retail sales role in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English language skills; proficiency in other languages is an asset
  • Availability to work a 7-day roster, including weekdays and weekends
