Production Planning Coordinator

The Production Planning Assistant will support project closure and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting with project close out, maintaining work orders, extracting planned orders from the Master Production Schedule, and analyzing production metrics.
- Assist with project close out procedures.
- Maintain work orders in collaboration with production planners.
- Extract planned orders from the Master Production Schedule, verify product specifications, and issue work orders.
- Analyze production metrics such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, and amount of scrap.
- Detailed and accurate work habits.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and professionalism.
This is an entry-level position with approximately 80% to 95% desk work using a computer. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
