Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting product and sales planning, stock forecasting, reporting, and ensuring our range strategies are delivered effectively.

You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly trade reports, providing actionable insights on sales performance, stock levels, and key product trends.

Additionally, you will support in maintaining OTB (Open-to-Buy) trackers and range plans to ensure inventory is in line with business targets.

Moreover, you will help produce post-season analysis and assist in preparing seasonal reviews.

Lastly, you will update and manage planning spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy for reporting and forecasting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly trade reports.
    • Provide actionable insights on sales performance, stock levels, and key product trends.
  • Inventory & Stock Planning
    • Monitor inventory levels across categories.
    • Flag replenishment needs or overstock risks.
  • Range Planning Support
    • Support the product team in building seasonal range frameworks.
    • Ensure balanced coverage across categories, price points, and product drops.
  • System & Process Management
    • Maintain accurate records in planning tools and platforms.
    • Help implement and improve internal planning processes, documentation, and templates.
