Facilities and Property Officer

Who we are looking for

Are you passionate about creating safe, functional, and future-ready workspaces? We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised Facilities and Property Officer to help manage our corporate facilities and property portfolio. This is an ongoing full-time position, based in Warrnambool and comes with a generous salary of $76,134 to $87,789 p.a. plus superannuation.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

• Coordinate the day-to-day facility services across corporate sites ensuring timely responses to reactive maintenance queries and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Support the coordination of Essential Safety Measures' (ESM) compliance across corporate facilities.
• Assist with the administration of property and tenancy agreements.
• Monitor contractor performance, support budgets, and help deliver projects.
• Contribute to the delivery of our workplace strategy by supporting improvements such as refurbishments and relocations.
