Job OverviewWe are seeking a commercial and legal leader who can ensure our business success and good governance. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our business and industry, with immense potential for growth and development.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide sound advice to the executive management team on commercial and legal matters
- Manage contract reviews, regulatory obligations, and compliance framework
- Lead the Risk Committee and report to the Board and Executive team on key business risks
- 10 years of experience in commercial law, preferably in-house for a large corporation or in a top-tier firm
- AICD Company Secretary qualification or 5+ years performing this function for a high-growth business
- Experience in regulated industries, especially healthcare and pharmaceuticals
