Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team.

The role will involve overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of properties. This includes building and maintaining close relationships with clients and tenants, assisting with leasing, preparing contracts and reports, and managing income and expenditure.

This is a key leadership position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation and procedures, as well as strong Excel skills and experience using MRI management systems.

  • Lead a team of property managers to achieve optimal performance from a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise rental income and asset value
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely financial reporting to stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial and/or industrial property management
  • A NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
