Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of properties. This will involve building and maintaining close relationships with clients and tenants, as well as assisting with the leasing of properties to achieve a zero-vacancy level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation;
  • Proactively managing income and expenditure, as well as financial reporting requirements;
  • Supervising tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance;
  • Communicating frequently with clients and tenants, providing timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of property management;

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology, as well as a thorough knowledge of commercial and industrial property management. A NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence is also required.

Additional qualifications and skills include:

  • 8+ years' experience in Commercial & / or Industrial property management;
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends;
  • Strong Excel skills;
  • Previous use of MRI management system (or similar);
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships;
