Portfolio Management Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to take on a key role in managing a national commercial and retail portfolio. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the general management of the portfolio and leading a dedicated team.

You will build strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure business objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • You will position and protect the investment performance of the portfolio through diligent and professional management.
  • You will facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, promoting an overall team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • You will liaise regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals and leasing as required.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 8+ years' experience in property management
  • A Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate license (essential)
  • A strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • The ability to build and foster key relationships and a desire to work in a highly team-orientated environment
  • Strong attention to detail

To excel in this position, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication skills.
