Portfolio Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a national commercial and retail portfolio. As Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the general management and overview of the portfolio, including positioning and protecting investment performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaise with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing.
Requirements:
  • 8 + years' experience in property management
  • Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work in a highly team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to negotiate effectively.
