- Develop and execute ServiceNow solutions, encompassing development, testing, and implementation, to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Create comprehensive specifications documentation that takes into account out-of-the-box functionality, ServiceNow best practices, and customer requirements gathered through meticulous technical and functional design workshops.
- Foster trust-based relationships with client stakeholders for accuracy and quality of delivery, influencing new engagements and opportunities within the client.
- Solve complex problems quickly and calmly, serving as the trusted escalation and support point for all teams engaged in the account.
- Mentor and coach junior employees, providing guidance on career development and making informed hiring recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate value in personal ServiceNow project delivery.
- Capacity to provide platform insight and forward thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, and future ServiceNow roadmaps.
- Proven experience ensuring high-quality ServiceNow development, creating build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specification documentation.
- Background with hands-on development skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
