Role Summary

About Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and enhance strategic relationships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.

The successful candidate will identify, develop, and enhance the right strategic relationships with key employers to support and drive employment, training, and work experience outcomes that meet the needs of our caseload's requirements.

This role involves working closely with our Employment Solutions Team to identify and match job seekers with suitable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities
  • Collaborating with our Employment Solutions Team to identify and match job seekers with suitable employment opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong sales, marketing, and account management experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to find innovative solutions
  • Leadership skills, vision, drive, and a willingness to work with a variety of people prioritising a person-centred approach
