**About your role**:
**2 year fixed term contract position on a fulltime basis located at either Bankstown, Campbelltown, Blacktown, Liverpool or Mascot, however you will be required to travel across all sites.**

This role is pivotal in our goal to increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This role is more than a simple job matching role - as it focuses more on strategic account management, labour market profiling and building an active caseload of national and local employers committed to diversity and inclusion.

Identifying, developing, and enhancing the right strategic relationships with key employers who are committed to D&I, to support and drive employment, training and work experience outcomes that are meaningful, sustainable, and meet the needs of the caseload's requirements. Working with the Employment Solutions Team (DES) to identify and match job seekers with partner organisation/job vacancies.

**Essential Criteria**:

- NSW Driver's License (P2 or higher)
- Highly engaging, bubbly personality, highly motivated, confident, outgoing with outstanding relationship management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, high level initiative to find innovative solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion
- Sales, marketing, and account management experience with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Extensive community engagement experience
- Excellent people relationship, networking and negotiating skills with the ability to build and enhance key stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated leadership skills, vision, drive, and a willingness to work with a variety of people prioritising a person-centred approach
- A "Can Do" attitude with the ability to motivate and encourage others
- Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships
- Commitment to principles underpinning the values of excellence, best practice, and cultural engagement
- Culturally sensitive and open-minded
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits including an eye for detail and for new relationship opportunities
