About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Dasher and Logistics team in Australia and New Zealand. This role will be responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy, and creates a positive Consumer, Merchant, and Dasher Experience.

The Dasher and Logistics team owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle, ranging from supply and demand, to cost and quality, Dasher retention, and operating our logistics platform. This role will be responsible for metrics like delivery times, delivery efficiency, delivery quality, and Dasher compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of highly motivated individuals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Dasher and Logistics operations
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Drive metrics like delivery times, delivery efficiency, delivery quality, and Dasher compensation
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
