Talenza is partnering with a leading Big 4 Bank to source a strong Senior Strategy Consultant for their strategy team. This team works with various areas of the bank, focusing on customer and commercial outcomes. The role is a permanent position with a salary up to $120k + super.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of consulting experience
  • Pure strategy or management consulting experience (1-2 years) in a tier 1 consulting firm, a boutique strategic consulting agency, private equity, or industry corporate strategy roles
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to engage with various stakeholders at different levels of seniority
  • Financial services expertise preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strategic thinking skills, defined as the ability to creatively approach and structure complex issues
  • Exceptional analysis skills, complex business modeling skills (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Experience in developing slides and storylines for senior management
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, develop relationships, and share workloads
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to solve problems

Candidates must be citizens or PR holders and based in Sydney. Office attendance is 3 days per week.
