We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our fleet management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of service technicians and mechanics
  • Develop and implement plans to improve workflow and staff skills in the Service Department
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in Diesel Fitting or Heavy Vehicle Electrician with experience working on mine sites
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
