Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to manage daily operations, provide administrative support and ensure seamless team collaboration.

About the Role
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the management, finance and operations teams.
  • Switchboard Operations: Manage reception and basic switchboard duties.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Assist with data entry, filing and general administration tasks.
  • Freight Coordination: Coordinate freight outwards and manage motor vehicle registrations and servicing.
  • Travel Arrangements: Provide travel arrangement support and assist with cleaning, postage and grocery runs.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an administration based role.
  • Customer-facing experience of at least 3 years.
  • Advanced telephone and clerical skills.
  • Microsoft office suite experience - intermediate to advanced level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and approachable working attitude.
