Job Summary:

">

This part-time Compliance Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating the compliance calendar; overseeing state funding internal audits; and ensuring policies, procedures, and associated documents are up-to-date. You will work closely with the RTO Manager/Student Engagement Coordinator and training teams to ensure all regulatory and funding contract requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Regulatory Adherence: Monitor and interpret relevant education and training VET regulations, standards, funding contract requirements, and guidelines to ensure our compliance.">
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, policies, and procedures to support our compliance efforts.">
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to continually improve educational VET offerings and administrative practices.">
  • Auditing and Reporting: Participate in regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement, preparing comprehensive reports for management and external authorities.">
  • Student Records Oversight: Manage student records with strict confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to data protection regulations.">
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners to provide guidance, address inquiries, and ensure alignment with compliance objectives.">
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of regulations and protocols.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • You hold appropriate qualifications and/or experience.">
  • You have thorough knowledge of VRQA Standards SNR 2015 and their application.">
  • You have knowledge of VET funding contract reporting requirements (VIC).">
  • You possess intermediate skills in LMS and SMS systems.">
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessments (TAE40110 / 40116) is preferred but not essential.">
