We are currently seeking an experienced Dewatering Senior Supervisor to join one of our long-term Pilbara projects.

About the Role:

As a Dewatering Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating project scope, working directly with the client to oversee day-to-day activities.

You will manage all safety, personnel, and plant matters in accordance with systems and management plans.

You will secure and coordinate necessary resources, including plant, materials, and subcontractors.

You will be thoroughly familiar with the Project HSE management plans and your individual responsibilities regarding their implementation and enforcement.

You will work with the Project Manager to prepare work schedules and assign and communicate priorities.

You will take all reasonable action to optimize the environment, safety, and health of each employee under your control.

You will facilitate and support HSE and Pre-Start Meetings and communicate and review the information necessary for employees to work in a safe manner.

You will assist in accident/incident investigations and preparation of required reports.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of ten years of experience working on Civil, Dewatering & Piping projects.

You should have particular emphasis on pipeline construction, HDPE piping, installation of underground services, sewer, portable water, power, communications, civil works/roads, micro-tunnelling, trench box installations.

You should have a minimum of five years in a leadership position and experience in driving performance improvements and change projects with clear success indicators.

You should have strong all-round communication skills to manage client interactions and the ability to lead others.

You should be able to prioritize, manage time well, multi-task, troubleshoot, and be flexible and adaptable to changes in the business.

Section 26 Appointed Persons or Certificate IV in OHS is highly desirable.

You should have extensive machine operating experience and the ability to operate all Earthmoving plant and machinery.

You should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

You should be able to complete and pass a thorough pre-employment medical and DAS.

You should be committed to safety, problem-solving, and working as part of a team.
