Corporate Finance Specialist: Shaping Financial StrategyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a finance professional with exceptional analytical skills to join our Corporate Finance team.This key role plays a pivotal part in shaping our long-term financial strategy, supporting strategic projects, M&A activity, and portfolio analysis across the business.You will be responsible for developing complex financial models, supporting budgeting processes, and providing insights that influence key decisions.Collaborating with teams across Business Performance, Investments, Treasury, Tax and Business Development, you will contribute to month-end close, annual target setting, model development, corporate debt analysis, impairment testing, and the implementation of analytical tools.This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the financial direction of the organisation.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally hold or be working towards a CFA, AFM/CFM, CPA, or CA designation.With several years of experience in corporate finance, you bring advanced Excel modelling skills and a strategic mindset.You are passionate about solving complex problems, influencing behaviour through data, financial analysis, and communicating financial concepts clearly.You thrive in collaborative environments, have a strong understanding of business drivers and KPIs, and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and continuous improvement.Experience in the energy sector is a plus, and your ability to build strong relationships across the business will set you up for success in this role.
