Enterprise Strategic Director

About the RoleThis executive-level position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and oversees the strategic oversight, governance, and delivery of major project portfolios. Working closely with senior executives and stakeholders ensures alignment with strategic objectives, operational cycles, and community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of major projects.
- Overseeing project governance frameworks, change management, and benefit realization.
- Providing high-level advice to executive leadership and governance committees.
- Building project management capability across the organization.
- Driving a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
A seasoned executive is required, with extensive experience leading enterprise-level PMOs in complex environments. This includes accreditation in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and change management. Strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities are essential, as well as a track record of delivering multi-year, high-budget programs with measurable impact and the ability to influence, coach, and build capacity across diverse teams.
