We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Bed Access Specialist to join our Mental Health Division at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing bed management methodologies and ensuring optimal access to adult and aged acute local bed stock.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective bed management strategies to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide expert advice on bed allocation and utilization, taking into account patient needs and service demands.
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform bed management decisions and optimize resource allocation.
