As a Clinical Mental Health Specialist working with Access Psych, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals navigate work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and occupational issues. Our team of expert clinicians is dedicated to providing evidence-based training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals. We work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients using clinical skills;
- Work effectively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to achieve positive outcomes;
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans;

We offer competitive compensation, which includes an estimated annual salary of $95,000 - $120,000 AUD based on qualifications and experience.
