As a Clinical Mental Health Specialist working with Access Psych, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals navigate work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and occupational issues. Our team of expert clinicians is dedicated to providing evidence-based training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals. We work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients using clinical skills;
  • Work effectively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to achieve positive outcomes;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans;
