We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to ensure our facilities remain safe and aesthetically pleasing.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and undertake regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Coordinate with contractors to deliver statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant legislation and standards
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditure

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our operations team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in building maintenance and repairs
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with maintenance management software
