Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Strategist to join our team at NCS Australia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our organisation's efficiency and effectiveness by finding and managing exceptional suppliers.

You will be responsible for securing fantastic deals that benefit our organisation while building strong relationships with our suppliers. Your attention to detail in maintaining organised records will highlight the value of our efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with NCS's goals
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure best possible deals
  • Manage contracts to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role in procurement or supply chain management
  • Previous experience in a complex multinational organisation
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and relevant software tools
  • Proficiency in contract management and vendor relationship management
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
