About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Champion to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. This is a full-time, 12-month max-term position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Job Summary

The Customer Experience Champion will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, restoring faith, creating memorable customer experiences, and making their world a safer place. You will work closely with our client service teams, operating in a team environment, and requiring a high level of communication, empathy, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Restore faith with clients by delivering on promises and exceeding expectations.
  • Create memorable customer experiences through proactive and reactive approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with business guidelines and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tech-savvy skills, confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes.
  • Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and good attention to detail.
  • Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary).
  • Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary).
