
Senior Client Services Liaison

This role combines client relationship management with device preparation and shipping tasks.
">Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive collaboration.
- Track and manage account activities, service requests, and device orders to optimize efficiency.
- Address issues promptly, escalate when needed, and follow through to resolution.
- Perform assigned depot tasks, including staging, kitting, labeling, and shipping, to meet deadlines.
- Process returns and prepare devices for redeployment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate device records and adhere to Proof of Delivery guidelines to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet quality standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in B2B or technical service.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to support daily tasks.
- Willingness to learn internal systems and processes to adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience in telecom, wireless, or technology services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with mobile device lifecycle processes to streamline operations.
- Understanding of carrier policies, upgrade programs, and mobile hardware to provide expert guidance.
- Ability to interpret account, service, or inventory reports to inform business decisions.
- Strong relationship management skills to foster trust and cooperation.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Adaptability to shifting tasks and responsibilities.
- Collaborative team player with a focus on mutual success.
