Job Summary

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the leadership team as a trusted advisor. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping strategic priorities, driving high-impact initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations of a fast-paced executive office.

The position involves leading a high-performing team, providing critical executive and administrative support, while acting as the central coordination point for matters requiring the Deputy Secretary/Chief Executive's attention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level advice and support on complex matters spanning policy, planning and operations involving the Infrastructure and Asset Management Division within the Ministry of Health, and Health Infrastructure.
  • Lead the Office of the Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, projects, and communications across the Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure.
  • Utilize strategic insight and sound judgment to establish and maintain effective 'ways of working' in a fast-paced environment.
