
Aviation Security Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled professionals who share our passion for aviation security. This is an exciting opportunity to start a new career path and gain valuable experience in the industry.
The role of Aviation Screener involves ensuring the safety and security of air travel by implementing consistent and standard security practices. Key responsibilities include controlling access to security-sensitive areas, undertaking physical searches, and identifying prohibited items.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate effective communication and decision-making skills, as well as provide high-quality customer service. A Certificate II in Transport Security Protection is required for this role, which we can provide through paid on-site training.
This nationally recognized qualification includes approximately 25 hours of online learning and 5 days of practical training. As a registered training provider, we will guide you through the process and prepare you for your new role as an Aviation Screener.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
- Paid on-site training provided
- High level of personal grooming
- Ability to pass drug screening and medical assessments
- Ability to obtain ASIC (criminal history clearance in the past 10 years)
- Unrestricted driver's license and reliable vehicle
