Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead and manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive workforce strategy to deliver a new statewide aged care assessment service based in the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, lead and manage the consultation and engagement strategy and processes.
  • Provide ongoing leadership, support and advice to our workforce and their representatives as part of any future change process.
  • Work with Local Health Networks, the Department for Health and Wellbeing, aged care assessment staff, their representatives and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position.
  • Immunisation requirements must be met.
