About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Director to join our team at BSI Companies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve annual sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
